Here are all the information you need to know and approve before ordering commissions from me. Remember that when placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms of service so read carefully!When I open commissions, the commissioner must send me an order request for the commission work so that I can check what kind of work the client wants. However, I only select the ones from the order requests that I like or go well at my art skills, so I can't implement everyone's order requests! The refund of the order can only be refunded if the order has not been started (until the sketch at the latest) or if I myself cancel the order due to, for example, mental health. But I also have the right to cancel an order if the commissioner behaves threateningly or unpleasantly in which case the payment for the order will not be refunded. If you want to read more about the ordering process then you will find information in the "payment and shipping" section!I only do commission works with people over the age of 18, so if you are under the age of 18, your guardian has to place the order for you!I'm to allow the commissioner to use the commissioned work for their own personal purposes and share it on their social medias, but so that the commissioner tells at least my name [TheCrazyRaccoon, Cazzu] as well as one of my social media contacts! Elying on copyright protection, even if the commissioner has paid for the work, it doesn't mean that they can gets their own copyright to the work and to claim my work as their own! Commissioner also don't have the right to use my commissioned work in their own paid printed products or for advertising unless you have specifically requested that the work will be used for this purpose.

!I don't give permission to use my own artworks or commissioned artworks in the use or training of artificial intelligence (AI) in any way or form, even if you have paid for the commissioned work!

✧ PAYMENT AND SHIPPING ✧

Here are the simple steps on how the order is progressing and what the conditions are for it.1. Commission Request
When commissions are open you can send an order request via e-mail, telegram, or private messages from my social media profiles. Please note that I am not able to accept your request with certainty. If I have not responded to your request by the time the commissions are closed or within at least 5 days, I have not accepted your request.2. Bayment
Once your request has been accepted, I demand payment either immediately after the request is accepted or at latest when the commissoner has approved the sketch. Currently, payment can only be made by a Finnish bank transfer or cash (only for conversions!).3. Ordering Process
When I start making your order, I am associated with a commissoner throughout the manufacturing process, and I'll put you on the pictures in the platform you contacted me (Instagram, e-mail, telegraph, etc.).4. Shipping
When order has been done, we will agree with the commissioner how the order will be mailed. Postage will be added separately to all physical orders. In digital orders, they are sent to the e-mail address provided by the commissoner to ensure good quality.
